Impact of our flexible organization model in the portfolio volume:

Internally we assemble work teams according to the necessities of each campaign, each portfolio and each
customer, with a view of providing the best balance cost-benefit. As an example, we have collection campaigns so
small that require the work of only 5 analysts and 1 visitor. On the other hand, we have such large campaigns,
involving teams with more than 500 analysts and 100 visitors with 30 supervisors and 3 managers.
In SERTEC, we have more than 3200 employees, from which over 80% is personnel focused on the directcollection
work, which gives us total flexibility to implement immediately all kind of campaigns regardless of the portfolio
volume.
Our Managers and supervisors are trained to form and train in record time, collection analysts teams to match
specific necessities coverage and volume. As an example, we have training programs that are from 8 hours to 30
days.
We have our own department and facilities to carry out recruitment, selection, induction and training of personnel
work, with continuing functions the 365 days of the year for the searching and retention of the most talented
personnel in the branch of collection, which allows us to integrate within hours, work teams of any size matching
with the portfolio volume of each of our clients.
Our more than 15 own operations centers, distributed nationally, allow us to overwhelm immediately of high-volume
collection operations to guarantee the early generation of results avoiding the saturation of operations.
