In SERTEC we think that a good collection is
the one that achieves a high volume with a high-speed,
but a perfect collection, is the one that preserves
and extends the value of long-term clients and
debtors.
That is why in SERTEC, we share with our corporate
clients the idea that the collecting must preserve
the emotional ties that bind a debtor with a brand,
so that he still prefers over time. That is why
the collection should be handled as an act of
service rather than as a claim.
But achieving this requires specific investments,
it is not just wishful thinking.
The impact of our processes in generating
value for clients and debtors:
Through training, we make sure to conform analysts
teams with a positive attitude towards the debtor,
provided of
valid arguments and a mastery of the various contacting
tools that we have to advise him in an objective
and friendly
way and within the limits of legality.
We have a monitoring-system in real time, which
is a process performed by Collection Supervisors
to monitor the
proper interaction among our collection analysts
and debtors.
Our recording callings system allows us to have
faithful testimony of individual communications
with clients and a
debtor, which gives as a result that our analysts
daily adhere to our quality controls in the service.
We have a room and individual cubicles for interviewing
and providing personalized advice to clients and
debtors,
which enhances the experience in collection to
give a humane treatment.
We faithfully practice the Code of Ethics formulated
by the National Norms of the Asociación
de Profesionales en
Cobranza y Servicios Jurídicos (APCOB)
and the Comisión Nacional para la Protección
y Defensa de los Usuarios
de Servicios Financieros (CONDUSEF), which is
a body of the federal government that protects
the interests of
users of banking. This code ensures the legality
of each of our operations and sets the highest
standards in the
service level, reached only by those suppliers
with the investment capacity to acquire and implement
technologies
and processes that give it the support.
