proper interaction among our collection analysts and debtors.
Our recording callings system allows us to have faithful testimony of individual communications with clients and a
debtor, which gives as a result that our analysts daily adhere to our quality controls in the service.
We have a room and individual cubicles for interviewing and providing personalized advice to clients and debtors,
which enhances the experience in collection to give a humane treatment.
We faithfully practice the Code of Ethics formulated by the National Norms of the Asociación de Profesionales en
Cobranza y Servicios Jurídicos (APCOB) and the Comisión Nacional para la Protección y Defensa de los Usuarios
de Servicios Financieros (CONDUSEF), which is a body of the federal government that protects the interests of
users of banking. This code ensures the legality of each of our operations and sets the highest standards in the
service level, reached only by those suppliers with the investment capacity to acquire and implement technologies
and processes that give it the support.
