In dealing with our Clients:

Absolute confidentiality
Impartiality happens when we have a debtor with accounts of several of our clients
Loyalty
Defending its interests
Preservation of its corporate image
Protection of the exchanged information against loss or theft.

In dealing with debtors and the general public:

We show consideration, tact and respect, treating each debtor in accordance with their particular circumstances
We do anything that might help debtors to find the solution to its financial problems within the margins of authorized
negotiation.
For no reason we use physical violence or abusive or obscene language in the collection managements
We do not make believe debtors that there are legal proceedings against him if this is not true
We do not threaten to carry out any legal action when there is not intention or the ability to carry it out
We do not contact with debtors before 7:00 AM or after 10:00 PM
We are an effective channel of communication for clarifications, complaints and suggestions from debtors find
adequate attention and solution.
